New and exciting, local and informal classes coming soon to Brunton Park Gosforth!
· BABY MASSAGE (5 sessions at £8 each)
Conducted by a qualified female Masseuse in a warm environment with relaxation music and natural olive oil! Great to relax baby for a good nights sleep, aid; colic/constipation, breathing, circulation, alleviate post natal depression, stimulate growth and enjoy bonding time!
· POST NATAL CORE STABILITY CLASS (5 sessions at £10 each)
Bring along baby and regain core stability, improve muscle strength and alleviate back pain through gentle but effective floor and gym ball exercise; targeting the pelvic floor muscles in particular- conducted by a Chartered State Registered Senior Physiotherapist.
· LAUGHTER YOGA FOR MUMMY (1 off workshop £10)
Lose pounds, release endorphins, reduce stress and boost your immune system by laughing! 30 min session, bring along baby and have a good giggle at this gentle, happy class! Conducted by a qualified Instructor.
· LAUGHTER YOGA WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN (1 off workshop £10)
Great fun for children to get involved, lose inhibitions, increase confidence and interact with others- whilst having a blast! 30 mins, mums welcome too of course!
· FITNESS PHYSIO FOR OLDER PEOPLE (6 sessions at £8 each)
Keep active and loosen those joint and muscles with exercise regimes conducted by Chartered State Registered Senior Physiotherapists. (inc. Fall prevention techniques) Exercises are gentle and are for sitting and standing positions and inc. handouts to practice at home! Grandparent babysitting baby? Bring baby along!
